We are working on various styles of beer brewing, including the Far Yeast Tokyo series, in a place where the temperature, which is important for beer fermentation, is optimal.
It is also the headwaters of the Tama River, which is one of the water sources of Tokyo. The beer produced at the headwater brewery uses the clean water from the Tama headwaters.
Since the opening of the brewery in 2017, we have been collaborating with Kosuge Village, businesses in the village, and businesses and producers in Yamanashi Prefecture. We will continue to value the connection even more and aim for co-creation.
